Backers - Separators
BACKERS’ technology provides effective and economical solutions for the screening of mineral and organic material, as well as mixed materials. Through a process of roughing and subsequent fine screening, we are assured of good cleaning of the product output. The BACKERS screens stand out for their flexibility: powerful tractions, compact sizing, various forms of mobility and available options that permit its use on most materials.
The separation volume guarantees, depending on the treated materials and requirements, from 5.4 up to 80 mm. BACKERS is maximum productivity, excellent cleaning results, low power consumption and costs for follow-up.

2-ha
2HA Screening is suitable when space is limited. It’s flexible for frequent changes of application as well as for the activities of pre-screening. A capacity of up to 120 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
2-hta
The 2HTA screens is the crawler version of the 2HA model. It’s transportable on standard vehicles with three axles. A capacity of up to 120 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
2-ma
The 2-MA screens is designed to screen and separate mining material or mixtures into two fractions and two distinct locations. The 2MA screener can be provided as semi-trailer or central axle. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
2-ta
Placed directly on top of the pile of material to be screened, the 2-TA screens is designed to convey the fine aggregate or larger pieces directly into the truck bodies within 4 meters. Alternatively, the clean fraction of oversized granules is directly conveyed to the crusher. The screen 2-TA is perfect even on difficult terrain. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.

3-ma
The 3-MA screens has a discharge height of more than 2.60 powered by 168 kW. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
3-mb
The 3-MB screens has two belts for the discharge of material from both the left and right side. It’s transportable on standard vehicles with three axles. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
3-mta
The 3-MTA screens has a working length / transport of 16.22/14.72 m. with a height of 4 m. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
3-mtb
The 3-MTB vibrating grid screens eliminates early the heavy and large dimension parts. It’s transported by road without special permits, the 3-MTB screener is assembled and ready to use in just fifteen minutes. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
3-tb
The 3-TB screens is powered by a 168 kW engine, is particularly designed for the needs of difficult terrain. It has two belts for the discharge of the material from both the left and right side. A capacity of up to 200 m3/h, depending on the material being treated and granulation up to 6 mm.
